When an item is out of stock at our Chicago warehouse, we have the option to ship from our warehouse in Rotterdam, Netherlands if the same item is on hand. 

What about Import Fees/Taxes?

There will be zero surprise fees no matter where an item ships from. So the price you pay at Checkout is the final price. Just remember this, our policy for US customers does not change even if we ship an item from the moon. We have your back!
